Having trouble accessing Connect? Use the following steps:
1. Follow the link from the connect email notification:

2. Use the forgotten password link
3. Enter email address into parent drop menu
4. Write down USER ID and follow the prompts to make a new password
5. Log into connect either on comp or app (same password for both)
